Qeewee did not come out of market research. It came out of a network of churches coordinating its teams in spreadsheets and chat groups, which ended up writing what it was missing. It is built in Switzerland, for communities living under Swiss and European law.

Where we stand

Three decisions

we are bound by.

  • No commission on giving. We live on subscriptions. Taking a percentage of a church's generosity would mean earning more the more it gives, which is not a tenable position for a tool meant to serve that church.
  • Your country's law, not ours. Swiss software issuing Swiss receipts to a Portuguese church would be useless. Eleven countries have their own template, and yours is chosen at sign-up.
  • What we cannot do, we do not promise. A Swiss certificate for a church exempt on religious grounds promises no deduction, because the law grants none. Software that promises too much is paid for at the first audit.
